If you want a successful advertising campaign you must know your target market and how to advertise to them.

 
The first questions you need to ask yourself are; Who is going to be buying my products or services. What age are the people that will be buying my products? What is their income levels, employment, and education? If you don't know the answers to these questions, do some research and find out. You can gather information from chambers of commerce, the internet and from personal observation.
From this information you will find what is most important to your target market. Use this information to create a message or advertisement to market your products and services to the people that will most likely be buying them.
Once you know who your target market is you can experiment with different advertisements and messages and see what works best. This may take some trial and error but will pay off in the long run.
